Nothing loud, just a tidy B- for the Jets.

There is conviction, and then there is this. The Jets took Carson Beck a full 79 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Hunter. They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
