The Cowboys kept it disciplined and banked a B.

The Cowboys clearly saw something nobody else did in Jordan Hall, taking him 115 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

However the rest shakes out, Muhammad at that price is a win they earned. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly. They went 8 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
