There is conviction, and then there is this. The Cowboys took Tim Keenan III a full 36 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. The warnings were there, and the F is the bill.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. Whatever Arch Manning becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through tight end.
