The 49ers lost the trade table, and the D- tells the story.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The 49ers shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. Put together, it is a D-.

Reaching for Kamara left real value on the table behind him. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

The Kilgore value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and interior defensive lineman is still a hole.
