The steal of the weekend belongs to the Bears and Membou: B+.

This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Armand Membou, the No. 9 name on the board, stolen at pick 49.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The veteran additions, Rashawn Slater chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

Running back was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
