Start where it matters. The Patriots took Caleb Williams to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. Fine in stretches, shaky in others: a C-.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. The Knox pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

The Pearsall value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
