The search is over. The Steelers handed the keys to Sam Leavitt, and the whole operation now runs on his development.

They will need Zvada to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The Casey pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at interior defensive lineman and tight end. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Williams.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
