A solid, sensible weekend for the Jets: B.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Jets did exactly that with Malachi Lawrence in the 112th overall pick. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

However the rest shakes out, Roush at that price is a win they earned. The dealing tilted against them, just enough to notice. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
