The war room fell hard for Tony Grimes, and it showed at the 242nd pick: 63 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. The warnings were there, and the F is the bill.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. The Pride Jr. value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
