Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Tate at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The veteran additions, Amarius Mims chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
