The Chiefs cashed the board's mistake on Stowers: B.

Somebody in the Round 3 slot was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Chiefs sat still while Eli Stowers, the No. 52 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

The Lee III pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback, running back and other spots still on the board. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
