A respectable, level-headed haul for the Jaguars: B-.

The Jaguars spent real capital to be 116 picks early on Kamran James, and the board is going to hold them to it. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

However the rest shakes out, Slaughter at that price is a win they earned. They will regret leaving cornerback for another day if the season turns on it.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
