The Browns won the night they stopped Slaughter from sliding. Grade: B.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Jake Slaughter tumbling to the Browns in pick No. 86 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Cooper Jr. has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
