Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Parker Brailsford at the 89th overall pick is 41 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. Getting Taaffe where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

They will answer for taking safety early while quarterback went begging. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
