You could see the war room lean forward. Tre Harris at the 224th pick is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. They executed a plan and it shows in the A-.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Patriots paired the rookies with proven help, Sam Howell leading the way.

It is a haul that will look even better come September.
