The tape said wait; the Patriots did not. Kamal Hadden went at the Round 5 slot, a good 97 picks before the board was ready. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
