Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Cowboys spent slot 204 on Desmond Watson, a name the board had a full 32 spots lower. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. They banked enough surplus on Hunter to cover a lot of smaller sins. The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

The Dre Greenlaw pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
