The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Patriots reached some 64 spots for Mason Reiger, and value like that does not grow back.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
