The Patriots finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a A-.

Start where it matters. The Patriots took Jayden Daniels to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. The board rewarded a patient, disciplined weekend with a A-.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The Johnson reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Thomas Jr..

Bottom line, with Jayden Daniels leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
