Nobody else had Ty'Ron Hopper anywhere near No. 128. The Texans did, by 49 spots, and that gap is the whole story.

That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. For all the activity, offensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. Job largely done: running back settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
