The Texans kept it disciplined and banked a B-.

Nobody else had De'Corian Clark anywhere near the 164th overall pick. The Texans did, by 36 spots, and that gap is the whole story. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They banked enough surplus on Wilson to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Job largely done: running back settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
