The Texans looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Jordan Jefferson at No. 127 regardless, 57 picks early.

That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

The Sainristil pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with edge rusher, quarterback and other spots still on the board.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
