The Seahawks won the night they stopped Jones from sliding. Grade: B-.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Seahawks were there to profit. Jarrian Jones, the No. 149 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 191. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

They are betting Gray proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
