This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Ryan Fitzgerald, the No. 117 name on the board, stolen at Round 6, Pick 29.

Every board in the league had Griffith lower, and that gap is the story. They will regret leaving wide receiver for another day if the season turns on it. They will answer for taking safety early while wide receiver, cornerback and other spots went begging.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
