You build a draft on nights like this. Elijah Arroyo had no business being available in the 130th overall pick, and the Commanders did the only sane thing and turned in the card.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Tight end is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
