Larceny in the 205th pick lands the Commanders a A-, Leonard and all.

When a board-topper like Riley Leonard slides to Round 6, Pick 29, you do not overthink it, and the Commanders did not. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

They will need Griffith to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck.

The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

It is a haul that will look even better come September.
