The Gabe Hall pick is the one that will follow the Steelers into the fall. They took him 26 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

The Van Pran pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with safety, edge rusher and other spots still on the board. Leaving safety unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. That Wallace pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Good work on the whole, with safety the one box left unchecked.
