Larceny in the Round 4 slot lands the Steelers a B, Phillips and all.

The Steelers spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Andru Phillips, the No. 77 name on the board, in slot 120.

They will need McCormick to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Fisher pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback, edge rusher and other spots.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
