Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Ethan Driskell got past him. The Steelers do not have to explain a thing at the 242nd overall pick.

The cost of the Booker reach is exactly the players who went right after him. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

They will answer for taking offensive lineman early while interior defensive lineman and tight end went begging.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
