The Texans fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B.

Nobody else had David Ugwoegbu anywhere near pick No. 164. The Texans did, by 69 spots, and that gap is the whole story.

However the rest shakes out, Tampa at that price is a win they earned. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend.

They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
