Best value of the weekend goes to the Seahawks for Neal: B+. The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Seahawks watched Devin Neal slide 122 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.
The Sheppard pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend.
Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
