The Texans worked the phones like thieves and earned a B.

Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Texans spent the 128th pick on Sione Vaki, a name most had 40 spots down the list.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The offensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Vaki pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at offensive lineman and quarterback.

However the rest shakes out, Cooper at that price is a win they earned.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but offensive lineman.
