A masterclass at the trade table lands the Giants a A-.

If you want a masterclass in dealing, watch the Giants, who turned every swap into a profit this weekend. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Getting Travis where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

They went 6 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Bottom line, with Troy Franklin leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
