The Patriots clearly saw something nobody else did in Kain Medrano, taking him 96 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. They banked enough surplus on Restrepo to cover a lot of smaller sins.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
