A solid, sensible weekend for the Lions: B+.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Lions reached some 51 spots for Aaron Casey, and value like that does not grow back. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

They will answer for taking OLB-EDGE early while safety, quarterback and other spots went begging. The Johnson value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

A whole weekend of picks and safety is somehow still a want. Brian Robinson gives the group a proven body among the projects.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
