The Dolphins put a flag in the ground for Jackson Hawes, 42 picks before anyone else would have, and the value took the hit. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. Job largely done: interior defensive lineman settled and 3 of 8 of the wish list covered. The back end got a real overhaul.
