The Seahawks fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B.

The real work happened on the phones. The Seahawks fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. On value alone, Ewers makes the weekend a net positive. The David Long Jr. deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

They will need McMillan to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
