The Broncos left with their quarterback, and a D to match.

The phones were a trap the Broncos kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. It grades a D, and the process earned it.

Everything downstream of Jayden Daniels depends on Jayden Daniels, and the building knows it. The Sainristil pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at linebacker and interior defensive lineman. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through linebacker.

They are betting Sydnor proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Burton at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and linebacker is still a hole.
