The steal of the weekend belongs to the 49ers and Mondon Jr.: B+.

Thirty-one other rooms let Smael Mondon Jr. slide, and the 49ers were the ones holding the card at the 230th overall pick. Highway robbery. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

The Griffith pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want.

Adding DaRon Bland by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
