No fireworks, just a tidy B- for the Packers.

The Packers did not so much draft Tim Keenan III as overpay for him, 28 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The back end got a real overhaul.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
