The Broncos let Jones fall into their laps, and walked away with a D.

Somebody took the Broncos to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up. Milton III has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Landing Jones that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
