The Commanders clearly saw something nobody else did in Collin Oliver, taking him 90 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

Landing Porter that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through tight end. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made.
