You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Cowboys did exactly that with Torricelli Simpkins III in the 211th overall pick. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

Grant falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. Leaving linebacker unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
