When a board-topper like Malaki Starks slides to pick No. 48, you do not overthink it, and the Dolphins did not. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Interior defensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
