The Broncos treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending Round 7, Pick 17 on Easton Gibbs a full 92 spots early. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

Davis falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The Broncos indulged a want in Jones while a need in edge rusher stayed open. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
