The Lions finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a D-.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Lions, and the value they bled adds up to real damage.

The whole projection now runs through Caleb Williams; hit there and everything else looks smarter. They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and cornerback is still a hole.
