You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Dolphins did exactly that with Carson Beck in Round 3, Pick 12. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Job largely done: quarterback settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
