There is reaching, and then there is Nathaniel Watson at pick 234. The Bears jumped the board by 46 and dared it to prove them wrong. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Isaac Seumalo deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster. They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
