Start where it matters. The Browns took Ty Simpson to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.

That is a quarterback worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher.

Hobbs has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
