Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Ty'Ron Hopper at the Round 4 slot is 53 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline. The bottom line is a respectable B.

The Wilson pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

The McKinstry pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
